Rifton Seating System
The Rifton Seating System is a complete range of adaptive chair system to
suit your specific needs. It comprises of a Stationery Chair for minimally disabled
child who can walk; a Low Back Mobile Chair for those who need support in the
lower extremities; and a High Back Mobile Chair for those who requires more
upper body support.
It provides adjustable seating depth, seat height, back angle (15° range) tilting
chair frame (forward 12° and backward 12°) and/or spring action. You can
customized by adding or removing individual components to suit different users
or cater for the user's conditions change. Most importantly, it work well with the
M.O.V.E. Program as a training tool for the user to learn to sit upright, and to
transfer from sit-to-stand position.As the child progress, supports can be removed,
hence the child will gain functionally and be able to better interact with the
others.
The Rifton Sating System is available in three sizes wit various back height
combination. You can customise the chair choosing from a range of accessories
including flat or contoured headrests, abductor, leg prompts, trunk support, sandals
and wedges, arm anchors, additional side pads, tray and handhold.

ports, footboard with sandals.
Rifton Seat System comes in three different chairs:
Stationary Chair (left): for minimally disabled child who can walk.
Low Back Mobile Chair (middle): for those who need support in the lower extremities.
High Back Mobile Chair (right): for those who requires more supper body support.
The tray is ideal for communication devices
or meal. Optional handhold helps the child
in balance.
