Rifton has gave Pacer a new look by introducing stylish metallic colours
- red, purple, blue and Champagne. Now you can choice of colour to suit
your taste. Also the prompts have been re-designed with imporved
functionalities and features.
Pacer Gait Trainer is so versatile that it can suit a highly involved child
using all the options or a child requiring least support using just the frame.
For a child without active use of trunk and leg muscles, it provides the necessary
supports for gait training. The range of accessories allows for full to no weight
bearing. The main features are:
The sturdy, colourful aluminium frame is lightweight, height adjustable
and foldable for easy transport.
Each large castor offers 5 functions – gradual brake/drag, brake lock,
swivel, swivel lock, and one-way ratchet control. They offer a wide range
of control in speed, direction and manoeuvrability.
The prompts can provide controlled support and positioning whenever it
is needed. They are well padded for comfort. Each prompt comes with its
own clamp and/or post and can be adjusted independently according to
individual's needs. Prompts are attached to the frame by clamps allowing
for easy tool-free adjustment, attachment or removal. Prompts can be
purchased independently to suit different needs.
With appropriate training and supports, a
Pacer Gait Trainer enables a child to move
around independently.
