The Kaye adjustable resistance one-way ratchet rear wheel kit provides

The Kaye Swivel Limiters can be used to limit the amount of wheel

a variable resistance to forward motion. This option is helpful for people

swivel. This is helpful for users who cannot manage free swivelling

who have trouble controlling their speed and/or have difficulty slowing

wheels. The limiters can be used on any Kaye Posture Control or

down. Each rear wheel can be adjusted individually.

PostureRest Walker with swivel wheels and any Kaye Anterior Chest

Support Walker models WFS and WYFS. Each limiter can be adjusted

to control the amount of swivel.
